Unfortunately, we can't deliver to any international countries not listed  above, due to expenses. However, if you are located out of our delivery area please still email us, and we'll do our best to get our products to you!

Shipping Policies

♻️ Your goods will most likely arrive in a transparent pouch with a suffocation notice, inside a weatherproof bag. Both are reusable and recyclable and made sustainably by a reliable source.

⏳ We always aim to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Orders of items in stock usually ship within 1 - 2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped. All of our shipping times are estimates.

Domestic Shipping

🖋️ Your package will be sent Signed For. If no one is available to sign for the delivery, our courier partner will usually leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery, or how to collect your package from a local delivery depot.

International Shipping

🌎 Your package will be sent Tracked and Signed. We ship to most international destinations. Depending on the country your package may be able to be rearranged or picked up at a local delivery depot. This may not apply to all.

If you are outside the UK, please note you will be responsible for any duties or taxes on arrival to your country. Please be aware of any import responsibilities or duties you might be charged with.

From 1st Jan 2021, shipments to the EU may attract VAT and other fees which you will be responsible for. You will be contacted by DHL or your local authority regarding payment of any charges once the shipment arrives in your country. These charges are determined by your local authorities, not Moore Maxxam, and are your responsibility to pay.


We accept WORLDWIDE RETURNS for exchanges and refunds.

We will not accept items that have been damaged as a result of washing incorrectly. Please check our Care Instructions for more details.

For all returns, the labels on your items should be left on and the product must be in the same condition as received. If possible please return the items in their original packaging.


We offer a refund to the value of the item purchased, not the shipping costs. 
If you decide that you’d like to return an item for a refund, please return your items to the address at the bottom of this page within 14 days from the date received.
Please remember to send us your orders invoice sheet back to us with your return. The
 refund will take place once we have received and checked the item's condition. You'll be notified when your refund has been completed.


We are currently not able to process exchanges. If you'd like to swap your item, please return your item as a refund (mentioned above) and purchase your desired item as a new order. We're very sorry for the inconvenience.

Faulty Goods

Every item is meticulously checked before dispatching it to you. However, if you do receive a faulty item we will offer you a replacement of the original item or a full refund equal to original cost of the product. 

Please email us straight away at with your name, order number, and supporting imagery (if relevant) to let us help you resolve your issue quickly. Once your faulty item has been sent back to us, we will confirm via email that we have checked the product and proceed with your preferred choice of action.
